OK, I'll bite. I work with the building engineer that was in charge of the WTC7 at that time and got some interesting info. The entire bottom of the structure was open. They could take in 18 wheelers and turn them around. There was no central support at all, only the walls. That's where the electrical vaults were and the loading docks. So, yes there were several floors beginning below grade, that had no steel and concrete under it. And a big chunk of a corner and wall were blown out earlier.
