If you are readying for "The Jihad", a rifle is the first thing you must master. A pistol is far behind that in efficiency

As someone who has been through training for ----- Ops, you are taught to find a rifle that feels, shoots and carries well. Basically one you are comfortable with. Tear it down about 5000 times and they all feel that way.

Your pistol is a distant second.
A sniper I worked with in a gun store in Virginia, marveled at a man who had turned and Army issue .45, into a pistol with it all. Scope, night vision,extended mags, the works.

After giving the Customer his gun back,( never laugh at a customer at the counter if you want to stay employed), He walked to the wall and pulled down a Moisin Nagant.

He brought it up to shoulder height looked down the barrel and said," I'll pick his $2200 pistol off at 400 yards before he can get off a shot.
