We need "trade off stands" in the US.

We have a saying here: Necessity is the mother of invention. The logical step is trade off things I have spare for things I have none. Since I produce a good portion of my own food through aquaponics greenhouse I have lots to trade for things I can't produce. At my table, its very rare to see anything that is not organic. Even the flour for the bread I make on my own. All organic. I'm 39 with the health of a 20's no health problems whatsoever, lots of stamina, very fit and athletic(some say "shreded"). All due to eating well. But then again, its not the reality for the majority of brazilians.
