Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35666158 The man arrested does deserve an apology -- but that is all Gee wilikers, guy; you think maybe they cooked the test? Or a friend who cleaned up his socked away stash? Either way, it smells bad. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35666158 The man arrested does deserve an apology -- but that is all Apology?! His frikken cat didn't get fed for 3 damn days! Probably had to eat his own feces. Drink his own pee. What if he had a child?! Or an elderly parent he had to take care of? Apology doesn't cut it-they need to be sued. The only legal force available to the citizenry against 'law enforcement'. "Field test" Heard that one before...! LMAO |

Same for DUI. You will test positive without ever having a drink. Fact. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73533195 Serious question. If you get pulled over and are asked to take a breathalyzer, and you haven't had any drinks, do you comply? My instinct would say yes, take the stupid test because you know you're in the right. What happens if you do comply, and the test comes back positive? How can you possibly fight that? Seems like you could ask for a blood test or a piss test, but I think at that point I'd want to talk to my lawyer asap. |

Who knows who else has been charges for something like this and still in jail right now. |

Leaver it on your windshield overnight and you will be surprised at the change. There is also a white powder, that I can not think of the name of that is even better but having a sock of white powder in your car is just asking fir a night in jail |

Free country, that's hilarious. You are disarmed. You are chattel property of the crown. Your daily life is under the oppression we complain about on the horizon. Fool |
