Yes, "tweeting" is childish and extremely unpresidential. No president should engage in any pop culture social media. It all promotes a very negative and infantile image.

I hope he tweets more, and wish he'd use images to write more words instead of multiple Tweets.

Like his tweets. Like his instagram! It's easier to stay connected without having to go to the "official" news outlets.

Good for him, but after he becomes President he should create an official site where he can speak directly to the public and post more elaborated stuff, details, links, vids, etc. I mean Twitter utterly basic and as some crap word limit or something (I don't use it, just see the pics of the tweets on news sites or forums like this).

Heck, Trump TV or Presidential TV would be even better. There his messages wouldn't be twisted by the Lamestream Globalist media

I think that at times and in circumstances it can and does. However, overall, the DIRECT and UNFILTERED/UN-MANIPULATED information and view points more than counteracts due to the ability to dispel or deny false controversy and lies.

Direct communication in some ways reduces the power in Big Media and Big Government crony systems.

Can these systems overwhelm negatively his image and that of a number of ideas and values? Yes. But the more that individuals fight back against lies and distortions [propaganda] the more that truthful accounts are had.

I'll never totally trust anybody, including TRUMP. However, a person that speaks freely and openly and without hesitation to people directly, to me, is much more able to be trustworthy or at least useful to better ends than one with all 'spin' and 'damage control' "experts" and zero substance and intention to speak directly and account-ably.

I do like the fact that he tweets what he is doing but when it comes to his opinions of actors and just random tweets not having to do with government...well, I think it makes him look a little immature.

I hope and pray he does exactly what he says he will do with America! If so he will go down in history as the best president ever!

No. Aside from braindead liberals, the public loves him for it. He says what he wants, when he wants. Outright refuses to conform to cuck demands. And it allows him to communicate to the people without the filter of the Corrupt MSM. I think people like it.

I love how he doesnt bow to pressure to "apologize". The best thing ever was when they tried to make him feel bad about Rosie Odonnell and instead of backtracking or minimizing he said "She deserved it". A highlight of my life

I don't think it matters what we think, look at what he has done so far, against the odds, the media, against THE WORLD.

I wouldn't assume to think that I know better than him on such things.

It clearly shows:

1. His psychological level of maturity to be POTUS
2. His inability to withstand personal attacks as a grown up by returning tweets.

Even though he likely tames them, what other leader in the world provides direct access to the people.

For hundreds of years people have been saying they just want the truth, not some sanitised, watered down response that has gone through so many writers before the public sees or hears it.
