My responsibility is to take care of myself and my family. Your responsibility is to take care of yourself and your family. If I have excess and decide to help someone in need, then it's my choice to do so, but to force me to give, in the form of taxes, is wrong and immoral.
Refugees should stay in their country and fight for their freedom, but if they choose to move here they need to assimilate with our culture and not try to establish their culture here. They should have skills and contribute to our society and not be a burden on it.
