By law, states counties and cities cannot be compelled to make their police be agents of the federal govt's INS or Customs and Border, either.

Its right there in one of the constitution's amendments.

AND all those laws that congress passed giving states protection from Obama's overreach are the same laws that states and cities will use to protect themselves from Trump's fascism.
