Need help anyone own a BP gas station ? my friend is about to get scammed and he will not listen please any advise would be great

So he is out of control... i want to kick his Dumb ass we traveled to a bp station that seemed to good to be true 20,00 we get here and there are two men already running the station, a guy wanting our money right away and a broker who see my friend as the jackass he is ,right away they want money, the other two men informed me they were scammed and still he does not listen, then instead of giving us the number to the so called bp agent he gives a name of george who claims he is the landlord and he is from giant oil that he owns that property,however it is a bp station... My friend is STILL ready to turn his money over ,he actually thinks he will win... it was shady from the beginning ,but i need to know first i was told that he needs to prove 10 years of experience to have a bp station...he wont listen, second how is giant oil apart of this ? this is very bad and although he has treated me like shit for trying to stop him ... i need anyone who knows the process to please respond... I have till tomorrow to talk him dowm off the ledge
