The other half is that TOO MUCH of certain minerals is the root of all disease. For example, too much iron, look into how this causes diabetes.

Although we do see chromium supplement promoted for various health areas, we hear very little about GTF chromium. A major reason is likely because the vast majority of medical research is oriented towards finding new patented medicines. Another might be due to the US government owning a patent on a different, much less effective but more highly promoted, form of chromium - chromium picolinate.

It's kind of like how an organic tomato isn't necessarily good for you, it just doesn't have the poisons. If it's grown hydroponic it's not going to have the minerals and nutrients though it can look the same.

Iron overload is a disorder which makes the body absorb excessive amounts of iron from the food and drink we consume. The iron overload gives the skin a bronze color, as well as damaging the liver and other organs. Commonly, if it is allowed to progress, the pancreas becomes damaged and the patient develops diabetes.

Iron overload disorder can be either:

Passed on genetically; this is known as primary hemochromatosis, hereditary hemochromatosis, or classic hemochromatosis.

The result of some condition, such as chronic liver disease, that causes the body to absorb excessive amounts of iron. This is known as secondary hemochromatosis.

It sounds to me as though this is not a common ailment.

Now, let's look at another COMMON dis-ease - heart dis-ease.

A decade-long study that reviewed cardiovascular disease research extending over more than 70 years found low magnesium levels contributed more to heart disease than did cholesterol or even saturated fat.

If someone has too much iron, all they have to do is donate blood.
That is the solution.
Very easy.

Look up the very simple recipe for magnesium oil. While it is called oil, it isn't. Simple to make at home. Spritz on your body and let your skin soak it in.

Or take magnesium citrate. It is easier on the gut than regular magnesium.

Some docs will give magnesium ivs to migrainuers. But they have to watch the heart activity closely while doing so.

I've been taking mineral supplements the past few weeks and I've never felt better in my adult life. I also make my own liposomal vitamin c, and I haven't had to take even an allergy pill in the last year.

interesting how modern farming techniques depleted most of our minerals and nearly all of the trace minerals, and with out those are food is just about worthless

they make money selling us food which is going to make us sick, then they can sell us medicine that will eventually kill us

you can buy trace minerals to put in your water, i do it everyday

the other thing about trace minerals is if you are depleted you can never get fully hydrated, which is a really big problem.

You on that Dr Wallach time?

I read his book Epigenetics, long but a great read. I am very serious about my minerals. When I started getting serious with them my anxiety went away, my low blood sugar went away, leg cramps disappeared, I sleep better, the list goes on.

Other animals eat their naturally intended diet. Thats why when we take them onto farms they get sick and need to have supplements. Do a search on livestock supplements.

I disagree. I believe spiritual illness is the root of all disease.

As above, so below. The body and brain is a manifestation of one's spiritual state. Humanity is spiritually deficient, leading to illness.

And of course, there may be negative entities feeding on us and making us ill.

I don't like my answer but...

It's basically demons/spirits, witchcraft, and consolation (reincarnation/resurrection). Combination of all of the above.

Like I said I don't like my answer but it is what it is. That's why you can heal people if you give them the Holy Spirit because illness is spiritual in nature.
