Live sound engineer here..

She's singing live with some backing tracks behind her but it's mixed well with the live very much out front and distinguished from the track.

Some of that piano playing looked odd as she down on the low end of the key board but it was also a digital synth so that could have been transposed to a section of keys she's just comfortable with..
