I had a just had a dream where the supply closet for the janitor was worked by a dog. If you wanted something and were authorized he would give it to you with his mouth, if not he would growl at you until you left.

It was a wierd high school dream. They had men's volleyball, but also scuba tank diving. They had advanced satellite telecommunications classes and advanced product marketing classes. More real world skills at the high school level and no basic math, reading, and writing.

They were raffling a day off if I could guess something correctly...but I don't remember.

He probably lived in the station somewhere I bet.

I remember a story about a guy in Britain somewhere, built himself a little wooden toll booth type shanty and made himself a little uniform with the cities emblem on a shoulder patch and a name tag.

This guy then proceeded to set the booth up over night on the edge of the parking lot of a city park. He made a few official parking fee signs and commenced to go to work every day of the week collecting parking fees.

Nobody was the wiser until one day 20 years later the booth was gone and people inquired to the city about paying to park there. The City responded with "The city has never had a pay to park booth or a city employee to run it"

Some investigation revealed the mans former address, a flat he had sold at the time of the disappearance of the parking toll booth.

Government workers are over paid and at most certain positions, can never can be fired.

They all overspend tax-payer money. They use and abuse the resources they have access to. The corruption is well documented and piblicized.

It's very common they exploit the overtime system.

They had the exact same thing happen in Lafayette LA with the local Hud office. The blacks that worked in that office gave themselves massive amounts of overtime and everyone was in on the scam. I don't think anyone is in jail for this and it was more than likely swept under the rug.
