Notice the severe leakage on the face of the spillway. It starts at the radius. The leaks r from water under the deck going through the deck plates. Its a dangerous spillway. Let's hope its not used. Beware downstream.

With the lake down over 100 feet and the subsequent drop in pressure against the hill, I didn't think there would be much leaking yet. So this does look ominous. Nowhere to go but up, and much worse.

No, the leaking is not normal. Yes, in my (Lisa) opinion the water is way too high for flood control. I've been watching water levels for a few months now.

Today, DWR conducted the 1st Phillips Station snow survey of 2020. The manual survey recorded 33.5" of snow depth & a snow water equivalent of 11", which is 97% of average for this location. Statewide, the Sierra snowpack is 90% of average.

All....thanks, the one up NW of WA they call Cascadia but it's where Juan is sliding over or under. And I think there are a lot of inner connections. It might be handy for DWR if they could breach the dam right after a major shake and blame the earthquake. At this point I wouldn't put anything past them.

The Juan DeFuca is sliding under the North American Plate. Tremendous stress. It is like a little wedge Between the Pacific and North American Plates. I am so happy my daughter got transferred out of Tacoma a year ago.

Do you think it could handle a 9mg plus on the northern section of the San Andreas. It's what is going to destroy San Francisco and it has to be sometime this year because it happens not too long before the start of WW3. The near disaster experience that the Lake Oroville dam brought to us last year was a stern warning to leave California.

Be aware, however, that even greater threats face you.

Let me paint a picture for you.

1) There will be a huge tsunami on the West Coast of the United States this month. (January, 2020)

2) There will be massive earthquakes along the Cascadia fault line. I expect that everything West of Hwy 5 will sink and flood - think Vancouver to San Diego.

3) The Lake Oroville earthen dam will fail as the soil liquefies. The height of Lake Oroville IS NOT IMPORTANT.

You are now down to just a few days left to get out.

Do not think to yourself that you can leave at the first sign of trouble. When the ground starts shaking, it will be too late. The roads and bridges will crumble. You will be trapped and you will die.

Make peace with your Creator now. Then ask Him if what I am telling you is true. Your Heavenly Father loves you. He does NOT want to lose you.
