Why does that site not work for us in the UK anymore? Well over a year now.

I get the elevations from 'lakesonline' which at the moment stopped at 10pm , What was the last elevation at CDEC at midnight?

The last posted elevation was at 11:00 PM (2300 hrs).

656.83, storage was listed as 954,424 AF.

Two dry seasons, minimal rain.

Earth core (red clay) dam is drying out, shrinking and cracking (because that is what red clay does).

If the next season brings a lot of wet storms causing rapid filling of the reservoir, the dam may not be able to quickly react to the moisture and pressure.

Failure is a possibility in such a scenario.

That is WTF is up, for me at least. Of course, living underneath this POS for over 35 years, I am entitled to my opinion and concern.

Did notice outflow from the dam proper is now around 5500 CFS. that's a bump from the previous 5,000 CFS.
