What cities are below that might be effected?
I have relatives in Chico and Sacramento.

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69546725 Oroville,Thermalito and Palermo are closest. Then Biggs, Gridley, Live Oak, Yuba City , Marysville, Chico is farther north from Oroville about 3O minutes, Sac, is way further south about an hour and a half from the dam. ( I lived in Yuba City, worked in Chico, and Oroville.
