It sure would be nice to view that spillway cam that DWR vowed to keep available to the public. [ link to www.parks.ca.gov (secure)] Then we could see the seepage starting. Juan Browne Has a video from a couple weeks ago where he flies over the spillway. You can see that the spillway is still leaking all over the place but the water hasn't even reached the level of the gates yet. This is a disaster waiting to happen. [ link to youtu.be (secure)]
