It sure would be nice to view that spillway cam that DWR vowed to keep available to the public. [ link to www.parks.ca.gov (secure)] Then we could see the seepage starting. Juan Browne Has a video from a couple weeks ago where he flies over the spillway. You can see that the spillway is still leaking all over the place but the water hasn't even reached the level of the gates yet. This is a disaster waiting to happen. [ link to youtu.be (secure)] You know the dam is in trouble when Juane Clowne starts making specific trips over the dam just to remind us that everything is fine and we are all whackadoos. Those DWR checks aren't sent to a mailing address in the inundation zone.
