I think 'they' are thinking a lot about that camera (being unavailable to the public). IF the 'dam is fine', and 'the gates are fine', why hide it from the public...you know, it just doesn't make sense... there are guys with planes that inspect that dam all the time and made youtube $$$ doing it. Nothing can be hidden there now.
