Quoting: Earth420 He handles my crazy well, must be some Sociopath in him too... The drama, excitement and awesomest sex in my life ! Are we a lost cause ? But no matter my Borderline Rage and crazy he still loves me... I can't believe it ! After dealing with a Narcissist, the differences are apparent... I'll take this guy and hold him in my arms and heart indefinitely... He makes me feel alive ! Love to all however we get it during these times ! I love you Jeff ! Peace Really? Unconditionally? Or will love turn to hate tomorrow or the next day for no explainable reason? I've been married to a BPD for 20 years. That's why I ask. Before I proposed I asked her if she loved me unconditionally. She responded without missing a beat "Sometimes." I thought she was the wittiest person on Earth I was laughing so hard. It's a shame that I didn't realize she was serious. I do now. It's very tough on the kids. I wish you both the best of luck. Last Edited by I NEED TO READ MY PM on 02/08/2017 09:42 PM |

It's really a cruel joke of nature, especially for any children born to them. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73779027 I feel for my children... But they have turned out awesome and I am very proud... I lucked out ! ! ! Love to Mother Earth Always |

I lucked out ! ! ! You passed the hardest test. You acknowledged and accepted your diagnosis. This, as you know, allowed you to understand and cope with your behavior which is no fault of your own. All too many remain in denial which leads to misery for themselves and all those close to them. Your a truly fortunate and blessed and I'm certain that it took all your courage to move past your denial and heal. Having children can be the best motivation. It could also be devastating if one is never able to summon the courage to heal as it can get passed down to them. I am very happy for you both and your kids. |

Try some DBT therapy, I heard it's very helpful. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72909106 I've read and heard a lot of recent news about a major breakthrough using LSD, DMT, etc. for BPD, PTSD, etc. It allegedly allows the person to memember and talk about the underlying trauma without triggering the debilitating "fight or flight" response. |
