I will have to relook to find for you guys but i was researching how hot ghe rod will get once there isnt water to cool it and i saw where temperatures reached glide to 4000 degrees tiring the meltdown incident. So the suggested 8000 if water becomes unavailable sounds believable. Plus there is a thermal satellite of the earth that you can check at anytime.

Worrying about the amount of radiation dissolved in the Pacific from Fukushima continuing Leaks?? Remember, there are 44 billion tons of naturally occurring Uranium dissolved in the oceans of the world--enough for 6 tons for every man, woman, and child on Earth. Living in a house made of Uranium would not be wise, but swimming in the ocean for 24 hours a day every day, you would still get less radiation from the dissolved Uranium than from eating one banana per day.

Oh Troller, humour me. Just click on that new link I provided just above with the coordinates of 41 and 144 and click on the word "earth". Put the little green circle on those coordinates. Note the temperature on there. Note that the http: line says it is temperature anomalies. If it is temperature that is above normal then that is scary. I really need someone else to confirm this.
