Us (all unusual for us):

Could NOT get to sleep last night
Very stiff and hard to walk this morning

Plus I'm detoxing heavy metals (juicing, chelation by suppository, sauna etc) and today have CRIPPLING pain in wrist.

Good Catch, OP! This is something that most people
are NOT aware of currently.

This is one source which I use to monitor reports
of in-coming "space-weather-events" that is usually
very credible. "Eve" on this site is very good about
reporting gamma ray bursts and uses government links:

I'm not sure what all this means but I just saw this thread so here goes: I have shooting pains in my left arm which I've never had before and the kidney area of my back has been feeling sore for the past couple of hours. Both me and my daughter are feeling dizzy.

If you mean suggestion, no, that's not it. Those symptoms started earlier today but I didn't really pay too much attention to them until I saw this thread title and clicked on it.

Have a shower. Massage it.

Drink frequent water.

Eat only simple, natural food ( eg fruit salad)

Also try some essential oils - I'm using RMO Pain Ease or Birch oil from Amazon

When ever the K is 8 (red bars) we feel AWFUL.

But somehow this (zero) seems worse.

I didn't sleep to well last night. However was at hubby's place instead of at home, Was worrying about the girls being at home without me for the night, and the puppy, since it was his first night without me. However my health issue has gotten worse today. As well as my back feels like my legs will go at any point. I may give the doctors office a call tomorrow and see if they have some medicine I can take this is really hurting worse then I had 15 years back when they put me on Morphine patch.

Yeah could be the rays that is causing my back to be worse. I hope it goes away soon. And I did have a strange head ache last night right in the very top of my head. It didn't last long but it was like being stabbed in the top of the head over and over again.

Thanks OP. I've felt a lot of unusual pain today and have felt really dizzy.

Every pain I own has been worse the past several weeks, but then again, everything physical/spiritual has been downright AWFUL since arriving in the Portland area several months ago. I believe I was brought here to help with the frequency during the riots plus I believe this place to be a HIVE of generally nasty activitu, pizzagate and otherwise. Absolutely cannot wait to bail from this hellhole.
