Sorry to rain on your doom parade, OP, but the K-Index has nothing to do with cosmic rays. It measures disturbances in the magnetic field.

Cosmic rays are blocked from the Earth's surface by the atmosphere. A high rate of cosmic rays can only cause health effects for astronauts or airline flight crews and passengers.

Ground-based monitors can't detect any CR's, only daughter particles resulting from collisions with gas molecules high in the atmosphere.

Here's a few definitions-

K index -A 3-hourly quasi-logarithmic local index of geomagnetic activity relative to an assumed quiet-day curve for the recording site. Range is from 0 (quiet) to 9 (severely disturbed). The K index measures the deviation of the most disturbed component (see geomagnetic elements). Also see Kp.

cosmic ray-An extremely energetic and relativistic charged particle. Galactic Cosmic Rays originate from outside the solar system and the Sun can produce "cosmic rays" during energetic proton events.

neutron monitor-A ground-based detector that counts secondary neutrons generated by processes originating with the impact of atmospheric molecules and atoms by very energetic particles (galactic or solar cosmic rays).

No doubt, and thank you kindly... am very aware but life basically forced me here a few months ago and we just happened to be quite literally in the middle of the protesting/riots that happened and my heart just screams at me that I was here to help lift that BS just a little bit.. and it wasnt just me. At least two other people I have known quite a long time (one over 20 yrs from L.A.) just so happened, coincidentally, to find themselves in the same area at the same time. Funny that.

But only a few weeks left and heading to the midwest, hopefully for some spiritual rest... seattle and portland have drained me over the past few years for sure.

I just muscle tested that I have
toxic Cosmic Ray energy

I asked my angels to remove it, and now its gone.

Say the following if you think your pain is due to this:

I request a Most Benevolent Outcome that the
Toxic Cosmic Ray energy be removed
and that the outcome be better than I can hope for or even expect.

Wow I just got back from the dentist and doc ! I had way bad pain in my top back tooth they could find nothing wrong with it, then went to doc who said it was a sinus infection...

I'll be starting antibiotics tomorrow...

Oh and tis the season to get STD tested before spring, did that too ha ha !

Freaking pain sucks ! I Dont do painkillers well and I can't afford the weed I would need to relieve it...

Same. Weird...I thought it was just random pain to be honest. But I am pretty young, so that would be odd. Strangely, I also didn't get much sleep, and crappy foods have made me feel worse, today-- but I am hungrier! ...

I am experiencing the same wrist pains. I never had an issue with this before.

By the way, I've healed sinus infection with ear candling - plus no more milk or yellow cheese.

No expertise in this here but Suspicious Observers says that we have a weak magnetosphere atm due to lack of coronal holes or solar flares. Weak magnetosphere=Cosmic ray intrusion.
I know what I feel, does not matter the origin really.

This could be a sign of a heart attack, in all seriousness please get yourself looked at. Sometimes the pain is not in the chest, especially for females.

it does not reveal, however how "cosmic rays" affect the Human body ... assuming they pass right through them, on the way to the earth's core ... at least that is what I understand about Gamma rays ... which can be recorded

if there is an increased amount of them "bombarding" the earth via a "hole" in the magnetosphere ... it seems logical, that we could experience some symptoms of being made into swiss cheese - as they pass through us ...which I believe I HAVE experienced as "flu-like" but very brief

Obviously anyone with life threatening symptoms should see a doctor ...

I bet the hospitals are crazy right now.
