This wouldn't happen, Gov Brown hasn't warned anyone...

On the other hand, anyone half awake would have rented a storage unit outside of the flood zone and started moving stuff the day they were let back in after the first evacuation.

I live in Oroville just below the dam about a mile, everything is going great. Tons of people are fixing the spillway 24_7.

forecast looks bad.....might take a few days but...it is a slow burn doom.....
