That's the nose cone from the front of the dragon capsule. It's designed to pop off after it reaches sufficient altitude that it no longer needs to protect the berthing port underneath.

Here, just for you, I recorded a quick video of the nose cone popping off CRS-10 in Orbiter with both an external view, and a view from the side of the rocket. Sorry, but I couldn't put the camera precisely where it was located in the SpaceX video, but you get the idea...
