Would need EVIDENCE of a crime to tap his phone. If there was enough concern to wiretap his phone, that should have been made PUBLIC as it is the American Voters who would need to know. What I got from the national review article was that Obama presented it to fisa, to investigate it as national security/foreign agents. They found no proof of crimes, so couldn't proceed. He re-presented a narrower claim which had nothing to do with national security and it was approved. |
