It is not false. the 3rd temple is set up by God. It is the body of his believers.

Those sacrifices aren't for Christians.

When the Holy Temple was built it became law that no sacrifices could be offered anywhere else.

Once the Holy Temple was destroyed in 70AD it became unholy to offer sacrifices.

When Messiach comes a 3rd temple will be built (it is written) and Thanksgiving Sacrifices will resume.

"And the sacrificial offerings of Judah and Jerusalem will be pleasing to Hashem, like in the olden days years ago" (Malachi 3:4).

The Messiach will come with new laws of sacrifice.

Remember.. it was acceptable to HaShem that Cain brought vegetation as an offering.. As it was acceptable to bring grain offerings to the Holy Temple. The problem with the offering of Cain is it was of the worst of the vegetation he had even though he labored it with his own hands.

also it is a big misunderstanding that the offering was equally for your neighbors, priests and the poor.. as it was for the Heavens.

There is this glorification of barbaric-ness for offerings. Does it surprise you to find that HaShem likes the smell of a good bar-B-Que too?

Just imagine you had wronged your neighbor and bring a peace offering.. His family and friends and your community would stand around the "offering" enjoying it.. Eating of it. You wouldn't. You would be making that offering to them, to bury your differences and they would accept it. Standing there.. with your mouth salivating as you smell it's deliciousness cooking and listen to them slurping in glee.

HaShem loved the aromas of the burned offerings and it's no more barbaric then an OPEN pit in the south today... The sacrifices/offerings.. were primarily consumed by the poor in the community. It ensured that the poor in the community had something to eat. The smell of the offerings was proof of our service to HIM and EACH other.. and that was the SWEETEST Aroma. It meant NO CHILD or WIDOW or POOR were hungry.

I guess thats a system a junky cant sell their foodstamps for more "junk"..

The idea they wasted the animals is molesting the entire understanding. The concept of slaughtering animals just "cause" is an abomination.

This passage is often translation to include "for us", but that is not present in the Greek.

= "but through his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, finding an eternal payment of a ransom".

THE TRUE - Jesus found the eternal payment of a ransom through his OWN blood.

The question is why God still hasn't restored the Temple after 1,947 of it being destroyed in AD 70 when it took him less than 70 years to begin restoring it when it was destroyed in 588 BC.
