BELOW average temps for the Pacific NW. How does this support your "theory"?

Well this in cool! Yesterday it was up to 48; today about the same! I'll have to check the forecast tonight. Looks like high 20's and some snow showers in upstate NY. But we'll see...it changes here a lot.
