It is another sad sign that multiculturism just does not work.

You initially can not blame the average Turkish people in our country, it is dictators like Erdogan and our own political system that are the base of the problem. Some 50 years ago, alot of Turks came to Holland as part of a program because we needed workers for jobs that the Dutch wouldn't do. You can not compare that with the current wave of immigration, their population has hardly grown in the past eight years (approx 8K to around 400K)

And even though the average Turkish community seems quite integrated when it comes to language and Dutch values, there is a steady base that has and never will integrate. Low chances to progress, unemployment, etc.

Fact is that people of the same ethniticy flock together, making it a breeding ground of nationalism and in the current shape of our society fundamental islamic extremism. Large communities living together, all across Europe, Turkish ghetto's in Germany, Northern Africans in France, Morrocans in Belgium and Holland, so many examples of communities that are a thankful breeding ground for the likes of Erdogan, who take advantage of the weakness of Europe's so called leaders and appeal to the strenghtening nationalistic and religious feelings of these communities.

Situations like these days in Holland show that all it takes is someone to fuse the powder keg and things explode just like that. And than Rutte, Merkel and their companions can try to de-escalate whatever they want, it will fall on deaf ears. Sad thing is that the people will always be the victim of their weakness, unless they take matters in their own hands and kick these political correct puppets to the curb and choose someone who do make a stand against the threat of Islam taking over.

Nationalism can only be countered with nationalism. Sad but true.
