The problem is that the constitution has already been ignored and suspended for all practical purposes for so long people have forgotten what actual rights are and why they are so important. Today every deviant and dumbass snowflake cry rivers if you dare tell them their immoral and criminal behavior is wrong, but are perfectly happy to deny the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 10th amendment rights of anyone they think their beloved nanny state should grind under a boot heel.
