It was the states that created the federal government and gave it specific and limited powers, not the other way around. I agree and that allows them to collect their federal funds off other states people through taxation. Other tax burdened payers who are not employing such practices of illegal in-sourced labor, that replaces the American citizens jobs and bloats our medicaid out of existence by overwhelming it. This robs and leaves nothing for their American citizens who need it and eats up all the other states revenue pushing them towards poverty, declining infrastructure and bankruptcy. While a state like CA wants huge federal infrastructure pay outs for high rail train schemes to run while their homeless keep piling up. We should not have to be taxed for others schemes and scams, or their defrauding of us. They run up our security costs, injury costs and unemployment costs, while driving down wages and responsible ethical employers. If it is too costly for your state it is for other states the same as it is for yours. And no paying citizen ever got a say regarding what they were having taxes taken form them for in truth and in full and handed out for. The most precious things are the simple things in life, always present in the simplest of minds. |

You either don't know the constitution and law or you are confused. The federal government does have authority to secure the federal border. Border states like California do not get to allow any and everybody in. Tennessee is suing over federal relocation and the financial and criminal burden that comes with it.
