Quoting: MarPep the OP was clearly a moron. Actually 2017 -1963 is 54 AD. However, JC held the title of Pontifex Maximis at one time in his career. The same title that the Pope holds. Very sorry--the article that I referenced had a TYPO and had it as 44 A.D. not 44 B.C. I have changed the intro material to reflect this error.
