'The owner called the commission late Monday to let officials know that his 2-foot-long suphan cobra had escaped. A cat will kill it, life will be fine. It's not that deadly. Not more than anything else in Florida. I found a a 6 inch snake in my garden the other day. It eats earthworms for food. It was cute, I let it go, it had fear in its eyes. And worm-eating snakes will be eaten by the hawk or the owl in the yard anyways.
