Re: Should I study Alchemy and other arts?
Biggest misconception about alchemy was that it was chemistry in a lab with strange instruments. It's a religion from Egypt. I study it. All I got was kabbalah tree of life and sacred geometry. Alchemists study the five elements of the universe: fire, water, Earth, air and aether (chi). Spiritual enlightenment is tree of life alchemy. It involves chakras and kundalini. Tree of knowledge alchemy tantra been lost. But some say it's in our science education....
The philosophy of Taoism and studying chi is alchemy. All is one , one is all. Alchemy philosophy. Jung. Idol1

Re: Should I study Alchemy and other arts?
I’ve heard that alchemy was a hidden/ coded system describing how to attain enlightenment through sex magic. The “philosophers stone” was a reference to enlightenment, “magic elixir” was semen or vaginal fluid after orgasm and many other coded references to the genitals and things of that nature. If you read an old alchemical text with that in mind it’s not hard to figure it out
