Being cooped up on an aircraft when you are in a cold sweat, scared to sit down in your seat because you might not make it to the toilet on time really sucks man.

I left my mark on that airplane though, all over the toilet seat and wall.

Cross contaimination. Use the same knife (without washing it) on meat then chop salad = violently ill

Your mistake eating at places full of neqqers, arabs and Indians, they will never make good food at Richmond. Just stay away. The airport is terrible. I avoid it all the time.

My choices are SLC, Dallas or Minneapolis for stop over. Las Vegas only if I know there will be delayed flights, at least I can rent a car and be home in 3 hours. Atlanta is usually ok but it's so huge that I hate walking so far.

Don't really know the cause, don't really care, I know enough now to avoid that place in the future though.

It could also be that stomach flu going around. I thought it was something I ate but then everyone in my office had the same problem. They didn't eat at the same place I did nor did we eat the same stuff in the office during that week.

Once on an international flight I had just boarded and went to the lavatory. There was a pair of pants on the floor and shit everywhere. The flight attendant put caution tape all over the door. They did not even bother trying to clean it up prior to the flight. Lost cause

And they spit etc in your food every time.

I didn't leave my pants, but I did leave a bit for the cleanup crew.

When i used to fly on longer hauls I alawys brought my own sandwiches.In generall I also never eat at restaurants.

It is never a good idea to eat salad at a restaurant, especially a chain restaurant. Too much risk of cross-contamination, spoilage, plus the chemicals they treat lettuce with to keep it from wilting. Only eat hot food in them.

Also, it is not bigoted to be leery of restaurants staffed by recent immigrants - people from third world countries simply do not have the habits of good hygiene ingrained in them.
