The Beginning of the End of Alternative News

The irony of course is that as information is controlled more and more in certain channels it's actually now hitting other MSM outlets and that's why you see hosts getting fired in different places.

Alt news sites are still flourishing but increasingly the MSM is becoming marginalized and dysfunctional.

yeh they was pushing this this week in the uk there trying to say big companies dont want there ads on isis videos on youtube, its such a BS excuse to stop free speech

Hosting all that material and managing all that traffic would be a colossal initial investment with high operating costs that could only be funded by either governments or megacorps.

It's not surprising that you'd wanna police content with such an investment.

And now you know how youtube took off out of nowhere.

If YouTube goes completely mainstream and gets rid of alternative news they will start losing viewers and someone will start a website without censorship that will steal a good chunk of their viewers.
The cat is already out of the bag and it's too late to put it back in. So don't worry. Remember MySpace?

lower classes has spelled disasters for TPTB.

Someone should start a non-profit video host funded by donors and grants.

They have -

Daily Motion- nearly identical platform to YouTube but slightly less censorship. (At least they used to allow a bit of nudity and more fights/violence)

I'm sure there are others. Plus there are a bunch of live streaming sites like ustream, firstrowsports, etc

Thanks for that info. I remember reading something like this year's ago and thought it was just ramblings. Now whenever I turn in YouTube in bombarded with sick ads for Gigi Gorgeous and Foursome. When I started seeing things like this produced by YouTube I knew things were about to get real. Like you said, it was so nice while it lasted.

When making a bomb and stating killing white women is not labeled as hate speach there is a problem. If you truly think that is free speach that should not be censored then you are part of the problem.

Its not BS there bruh - its called freedom of choice to not be associated with hate speach at work here.

When it is Govt money that came from the people - the Govt has to cover their arses - unless they too want to be labeled as part of the problem as supporters of hate speach.

Funny thing though - I read how in Germany 98% of all reported videos on youtube are reviewed in 24hrs or less and removed. So why per-se then is the UK having such a hard time??
