(They think that paper books are "retro".) Book clubs. If there isn't one near you, start one. Political groups tend to contain big readers, at least on the conservative side of the aisle. I think libs read cosmo. Date a teacher.

The major cities of course, will be full of hipster types, if that is what you are looking for. Elsewhere there are different demographics. Takes some trial and error. Grab a coffee a sit for an hour and you will see what group comes in and out. Most places have WIFI to use as well.
