This likely is PROPAGANDA and there is no proof as to which side it comes from. Each side has the capacity to discredit the other in the exact same fashion. BOTH SIDES CAN USE IT EQUALLY TO DISCREDIT THE OTHER. The only way to be certain who did this is to be there yourself, or to have irrefutable proof as to who did it somehow. Technology can make ANYONE seem guilty even if they are NOT. This works for both sides and against both sides. |
