Just another thought. But one about life.

Life, Earth is amazing.

I think Earth is great. Life is about overcoming the challenges we face every day. When we complete a challenge, we earn something of value in the form of knowledge. If we succumb to our challenges we are delayed by a day to overcome them.

For instance, many people drink too much. If we learn to drink in moderation we learn to enjoy drinking socially. If we do not then we get drunk and vomit or pass out.

For each person is a set of challenges catered just for them. The challenge of meeting and romancing a spouse with which to raise a family. For others to struggle their way out of crushing poverty. For others, yet again to overcome trauma.

To rinse and repeat one’s series of challenges would not be possible without some form of reincarnation.

I think one’s happiness in life isn’t about so called life fulfillment. But rather how well one copes with the challenge presented by life. If one sees life as a series of obstacles with which one grows by beating the puzzles of life. One can achieve a level of contentment that mere affluence or so called power wouldn’t grant.

If life was easy and didn’t challenge the mind into activity. One would grow bored and turn to crutches to cope with a lack of amusement or entertainment of one’s life. I think the drama presented by life provides for a rich tapestry of experience making life so worthwhile of the time spent on Earth.

Rather than hope for unending wealth, one should hope for a rich and vivid life filled with memories. Although one may not remember the memories of Earth of previous lives, one can be sure that one lived a life worth living only to enjoy Earth all over again.

If there was a deity and I think there is one. Their greatest present to us would be this little planet filled with wonder.
