NICE !

Have written a 'few myself ! Mostly about myself and the relationship from my point of view ! LIKE, TO THE SINGLE WOMAN WHO LIED TO me about NOT being just out of a long relationship, etc.to end the relationship.

SUNSETS
Sunsets are a time for two, the Master'a work to share,
With pinks, and blues and purple hies, His love He does declare!

Alas, that I but mortal be; Love flows like blood, devoid of clot;
Adrift in time, my only crime, in 'ove with one who loves me NOT !

Now shadows lengthen in my heart, as your sunshine fades away !
Deprived of light, from blue eyes bright; warm were your kisses, yesterday !

As Earth from Sun will turn away, yet golden beams flood each new day;
So waits my love, like His above; My heart is true, my feet are clay !

I liked them. You guys are pretty good. I wrote this one a couple months ago. It's the only one I've written.


When your mortal's dropped back to the dust
with hands and feet neglected.
As you dissolve your earthly trust
so jealously protected.
Celebrate eternal wake.
Leave earthly beasts to grieve.
There's no more time for you to take.
There's only time to leave.

You have to read these poems in true Shakespearean voice and form to truly appreciate how much it sucks. Go ahead. Try it. Make it through without laughing.
