I Notice A Relationship Between Bowel Health and Joint Pain Relief ...anyone else notice this?

Magnesium absorption if your liver is out of whack your bowel will be out of whack and it wont absorb as much magnesium.
You can try taking a supplement or just try to eat better.

I'm thinking more along the lines of regularity, toxicity, constipation and inflammation and their relationship to bowel health, and other symptoms like joint pain, stiffness, etc... It does seem like toxins are at play when bowels are irregular.

What foods are good or bad for bowel health?

From my own experience...

If my diet and thus bowels are jacked up, i bloat.

Bloating messes with all my joints.

Your onto to something...periodic cleansing of bowel with healthy eating always beings pain level down

People with Ankylosing Spondylitis can have joint issues/pain and gastrointestinal issues. Their inflammation levels get quite high.
