Today it came on at about 10:20 and lasted 2-3 minutes. Neighbor called to say a warning came across her TV saying Tornado Warning in effect for our county and the next. Our weather is calm, cool and sunny. I called local PD and they said they were testing the Alarm System only. Why would it be an actual warning? We are in the oil patch, a HUGE target. I hope it is not because of a threat. With this Russia, China, Iran, Turkey, North Korea BS... Who knows. FREAKY SHIT I TELL YA!
