Kind of amazing.... not one response about this. This is what GLP used to be about. Very telling.  2 possibilities. (1) It's a real ghost. (2) RF interference. A video signal, from an unknown source (e.g. overhead airplane), was being transmitted at just the right frequency to get picked up unintentionally by the camera electronics. Admittedly unlikely but certainly possible. Thanks for the response. You are reaching there with #2 though. I will take #1 for $500. Someone needs to do some cold case crime investigation effort in that area....specifically children and pedos. When apparitions appear like this, 9 out of 10 times a story of evil and murder behind it.
