Just remember that "whites" are the evil ones so anywhere they move blacks follow. I live in the South Bay Area and I rarely see any unless I go up near Oakland.

Most rural areas or outer suburbs will have few blacks. However many rural areas out west do have a lot of Mexicans. But the rural Mexicans seem to be mostly hard working family oriented types, involved in the agricultural business.

Honestly, any high class neighborhood will welcome you. They want to be 'enlightened' and have black friends, so having a upstanding citizen for a friend who happens to be black will make them feel like they aren't racist while you both can avoid the black people you are trying to escape.

If you are serious about totally avoiding black people, head north. Black people like warmer climates in general so any place with a lot of cold and perhaps water/woods would suit your desires.

Honestly, most black people up north fear the woods and the rednecks so if you can be a good neighbor (minding your own business/friendly) the rednecks will act as as psychological deterrent to keep other black people away.

For an easier fix without moving you might consider online gaming. No one can tell any ones skin colors over the internet. Just beware of the loud minority of racist trolls, they are few but can be loud until they get banned.

Don't be stupid. If blacks were an evil people he or she wouldn't want to leave them and would be happy amongst his/her own kind. Even if somehow blacks didn't have free will to choose between good and evil, why would they tell each other about a good thing they found if it meant it could be ruined by that action? You think they are evil AND stupid?

If people like you would try to help those 'evil people' become righteous instead of just putting them down things might not be as they are now.

Furthermore at no time did OP suggest blacks were an evil people, rather that there were many 'evil' people in referenced population. Only the sith deal in extremes.

I would say ANY rural city.. regardless of state. Blacks seem to gravitate towards cities for some reason.

I have experienced hate from Mexicans and other Latin peoples. Their hate can be worse than black on black hate at times.

Seriously, I have found many TRUMP counties that are mixed in Florida, and South Carolina where I have family. I'd say 85% white, 5% Asian, 5% Latino and < 5% black. No crime. No racial problems. Start from there.
