A farmer near me purposely breads healers with sheppards. No idea why but it serves a purpose some guys use I guess. Where i am at, heelers are loved more than most people. Can't walk by a parked truck without a blue or red keeping watch in the bed. That's very interesting. Shepherds are very smart, trainable, obedient dogs, so it seems there's probably a very good reason they breed them like that. Maybe the qualities of a shepherd in a smaller package? I'm praying for your strength. After a year or so we got another healer and he is so much like our other one it's really hard to tell them apart. I know that another dog will never be the same, but as they say, it does get easier with time. |

I hate how so many of us are blocked by one problem or another. Keep looking there HAS to be someone out there with the right situation for this dog. They just haven't heard about it yet. |
