The site was a decent idea, but what he did with it and how he approached everything as a social panzy bitch, trying to hide the illegal stuff that he definitely knew about behind the veil of righteousness is the worst form of filth. Zero respect for people like that. You are either righteous or you are not. Pretending to be righteous as a veil to cover your evil is worse than just being evil. That is Kim the man. I'm sure there is a reason why he's based himself in New Zealand.

He still has online access to everything, but his location physically puts him as far away from the action as possible.

NZ also has defied the US in the past, as they are/were anti-nuclear, and banned US nuclear warships in their waters/harbours.

The moment Trump mentioned a 400lb fat guy on his couch hacking computers, I thought of Kim.

Seemed obvious to me at the time and as time has moved on, it's still obvious that is who Trump was referring to when everything thought it was just another whimsical notion of his.

It appears he's an actual patriot and saved the anti-Swamp revolt during the process of the election by providing back up for the wikileaks.

Yep, the site he ran was megaupload.com. This is the site that interpol seized and used a honeypot for a long time. The site itself was great as far as being a place that you could place files in the cloud for others to download. Unfortunately, as is with everything good in life, it was corrupted to the core. There were tons of CP and stolen data hosted on the site. It was basically synonimous for the delivery end of silk road for digital goods. Kim knew about this and he went to prison for it because there were emails of him talking about it. He knew about such things (I mainly care about the CP) and yet did nothing to prevent the further abuse of such folks. Then when caught red handed, he tried to lie and the emails that he thought were disposed of had to be brought to light to prove he was absolutely full of shit. He made most of his money off of such back-end deals and made so much of it he suffered nearly no consequences. he served a very light prison sentence for someone who basically ran the data storage facility for a large portion of the world's child porn. To top it off, he postures as some kind of white knight for the freedom and access to free-flowing information. He basically just act's like a good guy to minimize scrutiny and negative public opinion. To top it off, he's a rude douchebag that thinks he's better than everyone else because he got away with things that will surely see him in the deepest darkest corners of hell once he is no longer on this earth. If you took a rabbit turd, dipped it in chocolate, then painted it with smegma and THEN carefully applied a candy-coated outside and called it a jawbreaker that would be Kim Dotcom.

No he doesn't he's just good at tricking people into believing his bullshit. It is the same thing politicians do, only politicians didn't house child porn in mass quantities, get caught doing it, then get just a slap on the wrist when caught red handed.
