Hire a competent representation, they will cut the deal with a good attorney, could make a difference between felony and misdemeanor.. And the word of warning, that attorney from craigslist may cost you more that the competent shyster jimmy. I sat number of times in he criminal court.. Nearly all defendants who did the right thing got over-sentenced. Doing the right thing is for the movies and the stupid. |

Well I know jail is an option, I just didn't know taking someone's license away was. Here jail isn't an option, but my charges for driving suspended are. I build houses. They took away my building license... and my MA HIC (ability to create contracts) too. They took away my fishing license lol. I paid almost 100k in 9 years and all of it was suspended for 7k. This is an example of the very reason they turned everything into asking the government for permission to do anything. It's so they can take it away if you don't do what they say and then lock you up. It is blackmail on every level. |
