Dumping USAA today

They have seriously gone downhill in recent years.

I had a great experience with a car loan, but several not so great service experiences with my daughter's savings.

I'm really disappointed in them for this.

Their entire Facebook is littered with complaints. As is Twitter.

Dump them guys!

i dumped them in 2007 when, even tho im the member, they let my ex tske his name off of a joint cc account without my consent or knowledge ... they had no right to do that, they had no xoncept of what was his debt or mine .... i stopped paying it bc it was marital debt and not for my ex to decide or usaa how it was to be divvied up.

they fucked me over and had no excuse as to why nor did they fix it.

im nebpver paying that back, they can collect it from him, but its already rolled off my credit report and i will never do business with them again.

they also raised my insurance really for tickets (not accidents) .... MFers

but, anyway .... seth rich stuff is fake news ... fox news probably going to be sued over it

They kept raising my premiums because of late payments, but my payments were late because they kept failing to auto-deduct every month even though I called to set it up TWICE. The money was always in my acct, waiting to be deducted, but they never did, so my premiums went up almost $100/month (yes, you read that right) despite them having records of me setting up the auto-deduct and later complaining when they didn't. No apologies or offer to correct their error/premium rate.

Fucking assholes. I am a 3rd generation member for over 20 years myself and have seen their service go downhill in the past 2 years or so. I have been thinking of leaving them, and this may be what finally pushes me to do so.

I wouldn't suggest Nationwide since their main face Dale "The Cuck" Earnhardt Jr. I would say GEICO. You may pay more, but they lean right.

USAA is real dumb because approximately 85% of the military is conservative.

Eff that. I don't care who they pay. It's the absolute best bank I have ever had and a wonderful investment tool and gift from my veteran father.
