Well, he's the father, so they are like that's okay now? I can't recall my father ever resting his hands on my lap during my entire childhood. It made somebody uncomfortable enough to risk their job on it. Somebody reported him because they wanted to make sure the child was safe. I'm sure they did this for a very good reason not just looks
