Don't teach her hate.

Present scenarios of things that are happening and ask her what she thinks of them. Ask her what she thinks is right.

She needs to reason for herself what is the right path. Then her beliefs will become intrinsic to her character and she will be harder to influence.

Start with the free speech thing. Give her some background on it and explain why it's important. Why we have the law. Explain that some people think we shouldn't protect everyone's right to free speech. And ask her what she thinks is right.

You will end up with a child that can reason and with wonderful critical thinking skills. The only drawback is that she will use these skills with you too :)
