If airlines just stored the laptop computer batteries during the flight, that might lessen a fire risk.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26114015 well the problem with that is people aren't honest...they won't declare their contraband. that's why TSA has a sale about every 6 months with items that people know shouldn't be brought on board. how about everyone flies naked, no luggage, that has to be shipped separately.
