Report Copyright Violation | Neck and shoulder ache causing headache feeling? Last couple of days i have a feeling of a headache but the pain and ache tension is all in my upper back/neck/shoulder area. I can feel a slight headache behind me eyes but not much. Most of the discomfort is concentrated around shoulder and neck area. When i stand up and get into a good posture i feel better but sitting or lying down the feeling is still there.
I do work on a computer from home most of the day looking at the screen and i have been under quite a bit of stress of recently.
Posture issue? stress? Any ideas? |

Report Copyright Violation | Re: Neck and shoulder ache causing headache feeling? Also apart from posture correction while at the computer, if you sleep mainly on your sides, get a side sleeper pillow. It offers more neck support while you sleep. It makes a huge difference. |

yep posture.thats why i like tablets and get to sit yoga in my chair.comfort before work or suffer a lifetime.thats why i wont take a heavy equipment or forklift job unless im on it most of the day.climbing in and out repetively on those things will mess your back up.same with big rigs.sounds stupid but its true if you ask an old timer. |

Went through the same thing on may 27th...between shoulder blades...then the next day my lower back woke me up during the night. Looked at solarham ta see if we were having some sun activity and turns out we did. No heavy lifting or sitting for long periods so if it wasn't from the sun activity I have no idea why it hit me. |
